Secure your account with TOTP or an authenticator app.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second step to your login.
Go to Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication and click Enable.
Scan the QR code with an authenticator app like Authy or 1Password, then enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
Save your backup codes somewhere safe — they're the only way back in if you lose your device.
